The Pharo's  Palace is an unbelievable place to organize all sorts of events in the city of Marseille. It dominates the entrance of the “Vieux Port” and thanks to that, offers an amazing view on the harbor.  Today, this place represents a surface of 4000 square meters (Sqm) :

- The Palace of the XIX century : It's composed of two large and sumptuous specials drawing rooms  which can receive respectively at the maximum 200 and 100 persons

- The conference space :  a contemporary place completely dedicated to conferences and conventions. It is equipped of a large auditorium which can receive 900 persons, of an exposition surface (1800 square meters) , of a catering place (550 settings) , of two conference rooms (120 persons) , of 3 auditorium (36 to 92 places) and some little conferences rooms .

THE PALACE

At the ground floor

We can find 2 drawing rooms (called Eugénie and Frioul ) which offer an amazing view on the sea, on the Frioul Island & the harbor of the city. These two specials drawing rooms get of a Napoleonic decoration ; indeed ceiling lights, moldings and paintings dive us in the Emperor's  time.  Both rooms are interconnecting and can be used in common, for bigger conferences ( up to 300 persons ).

• EUGENIE'S DRAWING ROOM

This room can receive until 200 persons (to the maximum) , we can say that this place is only dedicated to prestigious events (gala dinner, product launching, international conference …) . It can receive between 130 and 180 persons according to the arrangement of the room.

 

• FRIOUL'S DRAWING ROOM

It's adjoin to Eugenie’s one. Used for dinner or cocktail, it can receive between 90 and 100 persons according to the arrangement of the room.. (cf. tecnical data sheet)

At the first floor

At the first floor of the residence, we can find 4 rooms which can receive conferences (between 10 or 30 persons). These rooms offer an amazing view on the sea, the town or the port : places major and famous in the city of Marseille.

Conferences rooms : Vieux Port, Saint Jean, Lacydon et Phar’ Club, de 35 à 84 m², sont équipées de mobilier fixe, pour vos réunions.

• THE CONFERENCE SPACE

Recently, the Palace's team decided to extend the surface in order to receive conferences more large with more persons. Thanks to this expansion, we can find now an auditorium (900 places), a large catering space (550 settings), an exposition surface (1800 Sqm), 2 conferences rooms (120 persons), 3 amphitheaters (36 to 92 persons) and some meetings rooms (cf. tecnical data sheet)

 

• L’AUDITORIUM

This really pleasant place can receive 900 persons. It gets a special architecture and a high acoustic quality. Welcoming and spacious, we can also find translation booth and performing equipments inside this place (sound, lighting, videos...). (cf. fiches techniques)

• CONFERENCES ROOMS
  

We can find on the Palace's basement 3 amphitheaters (35,50 and 92 places) and 6 conferences rooms (8 to 120 persons) . These spaces can be arranged according to the type of the event (conference, convention, press room …) . These rooms are perfect for group of person who want to work in confidence. • THE EXPOSITION SPACE

A surface of 1800 SQM which can be divisible ; made of an exposition platter (900 Sqm) and two exhibitions halls (400 Sqm each one). It allows to manage the number of persons present during the event. Its harmonious distribution and the quality of the equipments bring a real functionality to this space.  (cf. tecnical data sheet)

• THE CATERING SPACE : THE RESTAURANT
  

This place is composed of a large space (580 Sqm + one terrace), it can receive 550 persons or 600 persons according to the arrangement of the room. This space has an amazing view on the famous place of the city (already quoted before). Thanks to a beautiful luminosity, the atmosphere seems enchanting during a night event. 

When the weather seems good, an exterior service is possible (terrace).  (cf. tecnical data sheet)

 

In good weather, catering is possible at the terrace outside.
